Subraj Singh is a writer from Guyana. He has an MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from the University of Maryland, and is currently studying for his PhD in English at the University of Missouri. He is a Tin House Scholar, a Lambda Literary Fellow, an Honorary Fellow in Writing at the University of Iowa, and a regional (Caribbean) winner of the 2025 Commonwealth Short Story Prize. His fiction has been published in Granta, AGNI, New England Review, and others.
